Overall, the communication was okay, but I do wish the replies had come a little sooner. There were a few times when I was waiting around longer than expected and wasn’t totally sure when I’d hear back, which was a bit frustrating. That said, when they did respond, the information was actually helpful and answered what I needed, so it wasn’t a bad experience, just not the quickest.

My order from goldencoil.com showed up in good condition, and I’ll give credit where it’s due: the box wasn’t crushed or banged up, and everything inside was wrapped carefully.

I appreciated that the item didn’t shift around in the package. It felt secure, that matters when you’re ordering something online and hoping it arrives the way it should.

The only downside was that there was quite a bit of tape, so opening it took a little longer than expected. Still, I’d rather deal with extra tape than damaged packaging, so overall I think 4 stars is fair

The site looks okay overall, just a little plain in my opinion. The colors are easy on the eyes and when the pages load properly, it’s fine to use. But it kind of feels like it works when it wants to sometimes, and a few sections look dated or awkwardly spaced. It’s not terrible, just average and could use some extra polish.

I got this for my parents and they ended up really liking it. I wasn’t totally sure what to pick at first, but this felt like a safe choice based on what they usually enjoy, and it worked out well. It was simple to choose and made a nice gift

What showed up was shifted off and way darker than expected. I only went ahead because the preview looked okay to me, so it was frustrating when support just said it was “within tolerance.” Annoying experience overall.

I actually really like the weekly and monthly pages. They’re laid out in a way that just makes me feel more organized and less stressed when I’m planning things out. It’s simple, but it works well for what I need.

I don’t know, the prints just looked really off to me. Everything came out kind of blurry and not at all like I expected. I was disappointed when I saw them.

At first, I thought the cover felt decent and it looked like it would hold up fine. But after a short time, the edges started wearing down way quicker than I expected. It’s not terrible, but it’s definitely NOT great either.

I ran into a problem with my order dealing with support was exhausting. Every time I reached out, I got the same generic replies that didn’t actually help or move anything forward. After days of chasing them, nothing was fixed and I was just worn out from the whole back-and-forth. Frustrating experience, and I don’t think I’d use them again.

The paper itself feels good—nice and thick, which I liked. I just wish I didn’t feel so ignored when I had a question about it.

The layout is easy once you get the hang of it, though I did spend a little time clicking around trying to figure out where everything was. After that, planning out my week started to feel a lot less scattered, and that alone made it worth using for me.

I’m giving it 4 stars because there are a few spots that could feel a bit smoother, but overall it does what I need it to do. It keeps my plans and goals in one place and helps me stay on track... and sometimes that’s really all I’m looking for

I had a frustrating time with customer service. I sent in my question and then just sat there waiting with no real update on what was going on. When someone finally replied, it didn’t actually answer what I asked, so I had to follow up again. It felt like I got stuck in a support loop where each response pushed me back to the same point instead of helping. I shouldn’t have had to keep chasing them for a clear answer.
